Service Description
Sarah has over a decade of Pilates teaching experience across multiple populations from athletes in middle school through professional sports to patients recovering from traumatic and/or neurological injuries in inpatient rehabilitation. Training is specific to the individual booking whether it is in the home on personal Pilates equipment or virtually at a seated level for wheelchair users. *** Additional fees may apply for in person sessions scheduled outside a 10 mile radius of the Roxborough/Manayunk section of Philadelphia
Cancellation Policy
By booking any service with Phun Phit Pham the client agrees to the terms and conditions provided on the booking form. If a client is unable to attend a confirmed session, the client will cancel or reschedule no less than 24 hours in advance. If the client reschedules or cancels within 24 hours of the start of a session, the full amount will still be charged. If Phun Phit Pham cancels a session, you will be notified via email, refunded, and may re-book accordingly. Session times chosen for 1:1 services are not guaranteed due to additional obligations and frequent schedule changes that may not be reflected in our system. If the time chosen for your 1:1 session conflicts with our availability, we will reach out via email to reschedule to a time that accommodates both parties, as close as possible to the original date and time booked. We do not provide refunds for lack of progress as every person's development is unique and multi-factorial.
